Working with Angie’s Copywriting
When you contact professional copywriter Angie Nikoleychuk, you’ll get a friendly voice and the highest level of professionalism. In a world of automated machines, this is nice (almost a blessing in some cases!). But the best stuff happens after you contact me.
Angie’s Copywriting Services Works With You, When It’s Convenient for You
The first thing we’ll do is work out a time for your free consultation. No time to talk? No problem, email works too. During this step of the process, I get to know about you, your project, your budget, your clients, your business, and your goals. .
We’ll work together to find the best copywriting solutions. I’ll then customize a content package or strategy so we both know where we are and where we’re going. When I’m finished, you’ll receive a rundown of the whole thing in a proposal.
After you’ve looked over the proposal and accepted it, I’ll need you to send back the signed portion along with the initial deposit.** This protects me as the service provider and is non-refundable.
Angie’s Copywriting Services Takes the Time Needed to Get to Know You
Along with the proposal, I’ll send you a client profile covering all aspects of your business, industry, and clients, as well as the project itself. I’ll then contact you a second time to start digging into the project. You’ll notice I ask lots of questions and collect lots of information, but the more I know, the easier it is for me and the better the finished project will be.
Next, you’ll receive a first draft. Here, you’ll find portions of your project written on a basic Angie’s Copywriting Services form that looks very similar to a small ebook. You’ll be asked to check the voice, direction, and style of the project. It may even have several options for you to choose from.
The ‘track changes’ feature (Microsoft Office) will be turned on, so feel free to make any comments, changes, or suggestions right on the document. Or, you can call, use Skype, or email them to me. Your choice. However, I find working directly on the document generally works the best for both me and the client.
You’ll have five working days (Monday to Friday) to complete this step of the process and return it to me. If I haven’t heard anything within the five days, all work on the project will stop because it’s almost impossible for me to continue without knowing your thoughts.
Angie’s Copywriting Services Ensures You’re Completely Happy, Every Time
From there, I’ll keep working on the piece, refining the content before submitting the second draft. As before, you can make any comments, suggestions, or recommendations that you have within five working days. Then, I’ll make any of the necessary revisions and supply you with the third copy. (You’ll have three free revisions.) If I haven’t heard from you during the five day period, I’ll assume everything is perfect and issue the final invoice for the balance.
The final draft of your project will come to you in a plain document, in the file format of your choice. You’ll also receive any additional elements such as formatting, graphics, and layout. Or, if you’re having me print, distribute, or upload the content, you’ll get a final look.
By this point, you’re happy, your clients are happy, and so am I. So, the only thing left is the final invoice (due within 14 days) and any distribution reports that may be needed. You might also be asked for a testimonial and permission to feature or link to the project in my copywriting portfolio. However, these last to requests are completely optional.
In short, my goal here at Angie’s Copywriting is to ensure your experience is pleasant, easy, and successful regardless of the project’s size. All you need to do is to contact Angie’s Copywriting services to get started.
I look forward to meeting you!
**With most projects, I require 50% upfront and the remaining balance at the completion of the project. For larger projects, however, I reserve the right to request a milestone payment of 30% after the receipt of the second draft (or halfway through). The initial deposit is non-negotiable and required in full before I can start on your project.
